Modern Day Warriors

If you guys have been skipping over some of these, definitely watch this one. They make the best use of the reggae breakdown section I've ever seen in a cover of this song.

Sounds like it's from the soundtrack of the The Love Boat.

Actually, it's a little better than I remember it. Pretty rousing rendition. Still super square though. lol.

Tyler Warren's recreation of PeW in the studio is pretty spot on.

Now if I could only figure out how to embed the video.

Feeling n00bish 3rd line.

On YouTube, copy the video's URL from the address bar at the top of the video's page. Come to CP and click the BBCode icon (third icon from left) in the posting section. Click on "Media" from the drop down menu. Paste the URL into the "Media URL" field. Click OK.

I'm glad Warren acquired all of that skill and equipment and spent all of that time learning those tunes to the perfection that he has and recorded them so that I wouldn't have to. :D

BassGuitZen Trio

No drummer, at least I wouldn't call him that. I call him the Rhythmist, playing the Zendrum.

The Spirit of Banjo (with some additions to Hugh Syme's artwork)

The guitar part works well on banjo and mandolin (I've been playing for a year or two).  Other instruments like kazoo, spoons, and jaw harp were also used in the deconstruction of this rock classic.

TSOR starts at 5:20. It's a little sloppy but they make up for it with sheer exuberance. They blow the roof off the joint. The reggae section is actually quite hilarious.
