Was nice to bump into it during the week during some of my down time.  I like the fan salutes and animations the best.  The Ace Frehley and the van animations the best.  The funny thing as you talk to people in rock, especially in NYC area is that everyone has an "Ace Frehley story"

I loved Beyond The Lighted Stage but I found Time Stand Still to be profoundly depressing. Anyone else feel that way?

I also didn't care for the focus on the superfans. I don't mean to be a jerk but that stuff just isn't important or interesting to me.

I would say I found it sad, but not depressing. I actually enjoyed the outro...watching the fans genuine reactions to The End while The Garden played in the background. Nice touch. Brings a tear to me eye, so it does.

I do like BTLS better, but when channel surfing and I come across TST, I am nevertheless stuck to the couch for the next hour and a half.

I blame Peart for adding to the depressing tone.

The guy is miserable - and it’s understandable. He derives no joy from touring and the band shouldn’t twist his arm.

Alex and Geddy should move on and write some music.

I think it's more than just Peart. The whole thing has a sad depressing tone of finality to it. Lighted Stage feels like a celebration of Rush. TSS does not. It feels like an epitaph.

I agree with you though. Let's have a Lee/Lifeson project
