State Department and FBI at war over Clinton Foundation Investogation

Find a way to read it. It's huge.
Summation: The FBI was barred from combining the email scandal investigation with the Clinton Foundation one. They were prevented from sharing info, including emails that could be pertinent to both cases.
Makes sense to have a home server when investigators can't investigate "private" non government emails, doesn't it?

Impossible though. You'd be doing nothing but handling email. How can that possibly be productive?
It's not. I'm a manager, lol.
You write filters and park things in folders. Certainly system alerts and spam along with other sort of automated responses. You do a lot of deleting and you make a lot of calendar entries/reminders to deal with things later. You set colors for different important people so you don't miss anything.
