Love the version and the light show.  I put this on my stereo quite often and jam along with it on guitar.

I don't know anything about them at all. But they pissed me off in October when they played the DCU in Worcester. Apparently their fans are a traveling bunch and they grabbed every hotel room within 20 miles. This area has amazingly few hotels relative to its population. My in-laws flew in from Utah and had to stay way the hell out in Leominster, at a Motel 6 no less.

And didn't the bass player get in trouble for naked kid pics or something like that?

Hey...where's Perry?

No. It was a non-story.

To celebrate Jon's birthday we want to share a video from a special show in Phish history. On July 11, 2000 Phish returned to Deer Creek in Noblesville, IN for the second night of a three-night stand. During the evening's second set the Vermonters interspersed Led Zeppelin's drum spotlight song "Moby Dick" throughout the closing stanza. The quartet worked nearly every song they played that set into "Moby Dick," giving Fish a number of chances to show off his skills. The show also saw the return of "Chalk Dust Torture Reprise," which had been shelved since its debut on December 10, 1994.

YouTuber TDunski created a montage using fan-shot footage that includes all of the "Moby Dick" segments from the second set as well as the "Chalk Dust Reprise" encore. Check it out:

Well? Inquiring minds want to know.

Looked good enough on paper, as tour openers go.

Especially, with a bunch of new songs finding their way.

I thought it was freaking great. A little sloppy on parts, but that is par for the course these days. Set 1 was better than it looked on paper (Stash killed), and set 2 speaks for itself. That transition from Ghost>Paug was absolutely spot on. Hood was great too.
