Anybody ever do this with Rush's or other bands' artwork and logos? These aren't mine. Found on Google. I probably did a little of this. I know I traced the Led Zeppelin wizard looking dude and Ted Nugent's name artwork but not sure if I put them on notebooks.

Oh yes, definitely indulged...

It was also a popular pastime drawing band logos on army surplus bags at my school.

I seem to recall the Hemispheres Rush scrawl being a particular favourite of mine.

Always Rush's first album logo, Black Sabbath Master of Reality logo, Led Zep and ZOSO symbols and sometimes AC/DC and Def Leppard too.

Remember when you had to cover your textbooks with paper bag covers? I drew that kind of thing all over mine...

I can't draw worth a crap and seeing these is triggering and microaggressive. I'm going to my safe space.

Don't think I ever drew band logs on school books. I did come across a magazine I'd bought in the 70s, and noticed I'd drawn the Yes logo on it in red felt-tip pen.

I didn't draw band logos per se (though I remember a few metal head guys in HS doing that). I do recall drawing one or two ideas of what I thought the cover of Power Windows might look like before the real one was revealed. And covers of fictitious future albums I was going to record, LOL.

Guilty, guilty, guilty.

I also used to transcribe lyrics onto the 5 or 3 section notebook chapter dividers.

That's funny. In English class, we were told to bring in a favorite poem and read it in front of the class. I read Pink Floyd lyrics. lol.

Yes, I used to draw band logos on my book covers and notebooks in school. Rush didn't show up until I used my college art portfolio as a canvas for band logos and album covers.

I just remembered I drew this free hand on something....a notebook, if memory serves.

Hey look, the city of Boston found another planet to fuck up. This one might be where Superman lives.

I used to love that cover.... Until I realized that Fenway Park was being carried around in that space-guitar-ship.

Also guilty as charged.  Had the first Rush logo down pat, as well as the Hemispheres "Rush".  I was also quite the expert at the VH logo,
