I just planted organic seeds in some Canadian sphagnum peat moss:
Longstanding Cilantro, Sweet Italian Basil, Rosemary, Renegade Spinach, Grand Bell Mix Peppers, Roma Tomatoes, Brandywine Tomatoes and Serrano Chili Peppers
Waiting for the seeds to sprout and then will transfer to outside garden that I'm clearing space for. Planted an onion that had sprouted earlier into the ground already; Will see what happens with that.
Next season I'll try adding carrots, broccoli and eggplant...
