With the lack of a chat room, I figured, why not start a thread, so here goes.

My SS from Canada sent me a Rush R40 gym bag, with Starman logos on the ends. Has a clip on strap for shoulder carrying, and could prpbably be used as a carry-on for flights

Nice!  Thank you Santa!

Got this cool decal/transfer of Circuit of the Americas....along with a funny little one of Mickey Mouse.  Thanks SS!  You know who you are...(so do I).

Joe, the models are kind of small, right?  They are supposed to be high quality and very detailed...is that the case?

They make about a 4-6" highly detailed model. I have made a few of these but not these ones. If it was you thanks! Was a good call.

I'm not home right now, so if anything has arrived it's being held.

Please buy my books so I can send my girl to a decent school.

I received a gift certificate for an audiobook. Rest assured it will be used to purchase Ann Coulter's next release. ;) Thanks SS!

So, I get a box in the mail from ThinkGeek.com.

“What is this?” I wondered briefly, before having an “A-ha!” moment upon remembering Secret Santa. The box sat next to the Yule tree for a few days.

I cracked it open during the traditional Christmas Eve fondue dinner. To my delight, I found a two-set of TARDIS silicon gelatin/cake molds, a 12th Doctor figurine keychain and a TARDIS Christmas tree ornament (which was promptly placed upon the little Alberta Spruce tree).

The amusing twist: A couple of days later, I’m clearing up some space on my desk. At the bottom of the ThinkGeek box, I spied what appeared to be a slim catalogue. No, not a catalogue - a Doctor Who comic book featuring the Ninth Doctor (Christopher Eccleston, my personal favourite)! :D

Thank you Secret Santa - you are awesome! Dr%20Who.gif2%20%20thumbs%20up.gif

I made an inquiry to the admins of that other board about the possibility of a SS in 2016 and received no response. Guess them folks ain't got the spirit.

Well here's a hell of a follow up. I get home from work today, and Karen gives me this small square box, saying to me "This was in the box from your Secret Santa." I open the box, and there's a smaller wooden box with the R40 Starman logo carved or embossed on it. Turning the box around in my hand, I see it's hinged. Now I'm REAL curious. I open the box and inside,in a recess, are four wooden guitar picks with various Rush logos embossed on them. OMFG I had no freaking idea they were in the box that was sent!

The travel bag was neat, but this little trinket has me gobsmacked. Ghostwriter, extra thanks to you, and much love my friend!
