I thought it might be cool to keep a tally of the swap-outs.

One rumor states that they plan to play 37 songs. Even if we count each part of 2112 as a song that is 10 swap-outs. If we don't it's 13.

Here is what they've done so far:

Clockwork Angels / The Wreckers

- Clockwork Angels / The Wreckers (for Losing It)
One Little Victory / How it Is
Distant Early Warning / Between the Wheels

+ Losing It
Red Barchetta / The Camera Eye

RB(TCE) / YYZ

+ Natural Science

If they only film 2 nights and there are six sets, then they won't be filming every song...

Hopefully they film all the rare ones, at least.

the 2 cameras theyre using at FOH and the one at the front of the stage are HD

they could DVR them (they already multitrack audio from each show) and use that

Cut to the Chase would be amazing. Any other tour I'd say "no chance", but any tour where they break out Lakeside Park, anything is possible.

Now I wanna hear THE FUKN WEAPON.

Fixed.

You read GeddysMoog posts enough to become infected but could use a bit-o-spell-check ala geddysmoog.

Unless they break the switchout mold and script it all a new.

So, last night saw Rush repeat the 1st half of opening night, except the reordered Anarchist and Clockwork Angels.

The big swappola happened in the 1/2 half, seeing YYZ fill the Red Barchetta/Camera Eye slot and Rush add Natural Science between Spirit and Ladder. Was funny to read the chagrined posts about NS replacing JL, only to find out both were played! FWIW, NS is the more iconic Rushy song.

Oh shit... really?  Fffffffuuuuhhh...
I don't care! I'm just excited to see them again since I missed the last 2 tours! (motherfucker!)
I love RB and JL, so that's fine.  But Natty Sci is bad ass and I'd love to see that.
Why not St. Paul's 2nd set with BOTH Natty & Ladder?!?!  That would be my choice.  :D :D  :funyuns:

Nothing Earth-shattering from set A tonight.

How it Is makes it's second appearance.

Regarding the supposed soundcheck for Losing It. I wonder, if they do play it, if they will wait for a city where they can link up with Ben Mink?

Wouldn't that be the shit?

Looks like it's the same set list as Lincoln so far. So they have gone A, B, C, B, right?

I think last show was more or less a repeat of opening night.

Sorry, I forgot St Louis.  Yes, that was the same as Tulsa with the exception of flipping CA and Anarchist.  They seem to have settled on Anarchist as the opener.  I guess they felt it was the stronger song to lead off with.  More punch coming out of the gate, I suppose.  But I think I prefer CA first followed by Anarchist.  I like the atmospheric intro as the curtain rises.  However, Anarchist is one of my son's favorites, and I'm sure he'll be super excited to hear them open with it (assuming they still are by the time they make it to the west coast).  I haven't told him.  :)

I wouldn't mind if they dropped CTTH for The Trees.  That way they could do Trees>Xanadu like in ESL.
