What can you say.  Just has to be seen.

This is a better link without watching the live Star Wars Celebration feed

I like the downed hulls of space vessels from former films strewn about. And we're dealing with classic vessels again. Not overly-CGI'ed glitzing, liquid chrome ones.

They're mostly models and matte paintings like the original movies, not CGI.  There is CGI, it's just used appropriately rather than overused.

That opening scene from Tatooine is an instant classic. A crashed Star Destroyer!!!!

Nice trailer, just enough stuff to keep us excited.

Just watched it with my son.  His response:  I'm going to get Grandpa on the phone!  Three generations going to this one...

Looks like maybe, as the last two X-Men films managed to do after the dubious third installment of that franchise, this one might finally bring the "magic" back. Fingers crossed.

So childishly excited. The original shaped the nerd I would become at the age of 7.

I am fairly certain that the lightsaber being handed over to Leia at :53 is the one Obi Wan took from Anakin after their fight, and later gave to Luke. AKA, the lightsaber lost in Cloud City.

I remember similar excitement over the new Star Trek movie (the first of the reboots) based on the trailer.

Yes, I temper it that way too, but what I heard about those movies I did not like.  I'm liking what I'm hearing about TFA
