If this is true, then zzzzz.  I'd rather see the ESL era kit.

Just wait for the next "last" tour.

Perhaps Alex and Geddy will have some of their old guitars.......

I actually phoned up SRO/Anthem two weeks ago and pitched an idea......

I said....not knowing the setlist yet.....BUT if they had any plans to play Xanadu.....

I offered up for Geddy to use my Jetglo Rickenbacker 4080/12 doubleneck, just like the one he used for that song that is now in a museum, for the song if they were to play it in Toronto 6/19.

They had me zap them an e-mail with my suggestion and I included a photo of the guitar just for some proof.

They replied..."Thanks but Geddy is Covered".

Hey, I tried.      Imagine the crowd reaction seeing Geddy trot out that beast one last time. :o  :yay1:

On last night's That Metal Show their Top 5 category was something like "the top 5 replacement band members who aren't singers" and 2 of the 3 had NEP at #1. It wouldn't matter what brand of drums he was playing, he'd still be great.

They said I could be anything, so I became a disappointment.

If Rush had to replace Neil, my first pick would be Thomas Lang.

Show closer : Working Man with the drum solo..... just like the old days. You heard it here first. :)

Opener: Anarchist.... and then they work backwards through their catalog.

That's my prediction.

How did u get it so right. I thought it was Geddysmoog in Seattle but it was you. I thought of this post at How it is. Sad but true. Thanks. When I got to Subdivisions I was blown away away so much that it took 10 mins for me to realize the next 1 hour and 40 mins would be pre 1981. When did that happen at a Rush concert since 1980? Never! You can imagine that moment will stay with me forever.

Just a lucky guess. Felt that Anarchist would be a great opener. Wasn't completely right though.. No drum solo in Working Man. Glad you enjoyed the show!
