Some fairly legit looking publication  just posted a list of the 20 most popular beer's in America.  I am by no means a beer expert, or a beer snob. Hence, I will give my opinion on each beer that I have tried from the list.

1. BUd LIght - Water

2. Coors Light - Water with a hint of beer flavor

3. Bud - my favorite because I grew up on it and it was a piece of Americana - until foreigners bought it.  No other reason.  Gets you way more cocked than Bud Light and really does have a nice fruity lagar (see - I can't even spell it I'm so not into beer) taste.  I've watched Tom Brady's entire career buzz or drunk on this. Any yes the Bud Muds are a REAL thing.

4. Miller Light - nice that the my old man usually had a bunch of these to steal when I was in JR High - does the job

5. Corona - rat piss.  you have to put lime in it in hopes the acid keeps the rat urine sterile.  Fooking gross

6. Natural Light - wasn't on High School FB team so I drank it maybe once.  Instant muds from what I remember

10.  Heineken -  Gets me good and drunk like Budweiser.  This is a strange beer - it can be a pretty good tasting lager, with kind of a hoppy finish, or it can taste legit like feet - depending on the batch - also prone to being skunked.

15.  Bud Light Platinum - someone once said, you know you're a drunk when you buy your beer based on alcohol content.  This shit has mad alcohol compared to some of the most popular beers in the world.  Google it.  It gets you fucked.  I only drink this at Christmas parties and events that I really don't want to be at.  Surprisingly decent taste.

Well that's it.

Out of your list I can drink Coors Light.  If I'm drinking for enjoyment I go for Blue Light or Molson Canadian.  If I want a foo foo beer I go with something in the Sam Adams family...

I'm a craft-brewery guy. Thankfully, there are 5 in my hometown.

I also like making my own ales, ciders and meads.

I can't stand any light-golden American lagers (i.e. Bud, Coors, Miller, etc.)

I don't like Bud, too syrupy sweet. Of the ones you mention Corona is the one I'd prefer, especially in the summer. I can drink Heineken but it's nondescript and weak.

I like: San Miguel, Asahi, Grolsch. Used to like Stella but they made it weaker to stop its consumers from beating their wives.

Must admit English beer is rubbish, especially that real ale slop that tastes like something you're supposed to spread on toast.

Where's the dislike button?

Get some Thornbridge Jaipur IPA down your neck.

And if anyone wants Bud, get a Golden Bud from Brampton Brewery.

When I used to go out to Chicago, I found Goose Island's beers perfectly acceptable.

There are a few decent British beers, but they have been overshadowed by all of the American Craft we have.  A beer renaissance happened about 10 years ago here, and shows little signs of letting up.  We drink less beer now here, but it's better beer.  Local flavors and styles have cropped up all over the country and finally we are like we were pre-prohibition.

I do a little brewing myself but haven't in a while.

These are the top ten beers in the US per BeerAdvocate.  I've had about 8 of these and can attest to their awesomeness

1 Heady Topper - The Alchemist

2 Bourbon County Brand Coffee Stout - Goose Island Beer Co.

3 Kentucky Brunch Brand Stout - Toppling Goliath Brewing Company

4 Pliny The Younger - Russian River Brewing Company

5 Barrel-Aged Abraxas - Perennial Artisan Ales

6 Bourbon Barrel Aged Vanilla Bean Dark Lord - 3 Floyds Brewing Co.

7 Pliny The Elder - Russian River Brewing Company

8 Mornin' Delight - Toppling Goliath Brewing Company

9 Founders CBS Imperial Stout - Founders Brewing Company

10 Double Sunshine IPA - Lawson's Finest Liquids

I really like Heineken in cans but not so much in bottles. No idea why. I also miss the keg cans.

That's somewhat regular beer for me.  Decent.  Two Roads Brewery in Stratford contract brews that for them.

The first [and last] time I drank Miller light, I thought it tasted dramatically of SALT.

A few decent British Beers?

A Few???????

Overshadowed by American Craft Beer???????????

Guess that' why the shelves in my local Tesco are overwhelmed by US imports and the British range is just shoved into a corner.

Most American craft beers have taken Yurpean ur-beers, then over hopped and over strengthened them to the point where whilst they are initially an interesting drink they are getting to be waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too much by the end of your flagon. Makes you yearn for a good old session bitter or even a pint of mild.

Goose Island used to be good, but have now sunk to the point that AB-InBev, the slugs that own Bud, want to buy them out.  Just like they did Elysian Brewing, and tried to due with Due South, a craft brewer in South Florida.

That being said, there is still nothing that's describes "Beer flavored water" better than "Michelob Ultra"
