Sitting here in the Houston airport. Just getting back from 2 days in Puebla, 3 days in Mexico City, and 4 days in Oaxaca. Oaxaca and Puebla are perhaps the two greatest food cities in the country, which is saying a lot.
I must have gained many pounds.
This is a Puebla specialty, Chiles en Nogada, which is a large poblano pepper stuffed with chicken and fruit (!) and is crazy fucking good.
