I think it’s great that he’s been playing seated venues and would be seriously pissed off if he went back to playing standing venues (which in the UK, apart from one date on this tour, he hasn’t done since the last PT tour). From a personal viewpoint I’m almost 57 and it’s painful on my back and knees standing at a gig for several hours. From a more general point of view, it’s not as if he’s playing the sort of lively music that people will dance to, jump up and down to or do anything much other than stare at the band and indulge in the occasional air guitar and drum.

God you're old. I'm only 55.  B)

Hey there goes Alex. He's loaded with money. Wow he's really set himself up great.

Looking forward to getting the BluRay when it's available in the US so as to not have to pay shipping from the UK.

They said I could be anything, so I became a disappointment.

If anyone gets a lead on the 60 minutes of live previously unreleased audio from the Raven tour that SW will giving to VIP participants on the next US and Canada leg of the tour, please share. Would love to have a lossless copy if someone is willing to rip and post it.

I'm going to the Baltimore show but he's not offering the VIP package there. I'd be in for sure. Thinking about whether I can go to the Philly show where it is being offered.

I saw the show at Starland Ballroom last Saturday.  Excellent as always, great setlist, sound was phenomenal, and the band was very energetic!  While I still prefer Dave Kilminster, Alex Hutchings has warmed up nicely since last time I saw them.

Love Starland, fun to see him in a familiar place, kind of a backwater NJ venue with a bit of a redneck-y vibe that I've seen a lot of great shows at over the years.  I'll actually be seeing Clutch there again in a few weeks for their annual East Coast Holiday run.

Bonus:  Finally got to see Arriving Somewhere performed live!

It's a fun place for sure. I saw Queensryche there a couple of years ago. Nice to be close.

Glad you enjoyed Steve there. That must've been great in such a small place.
